INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to the AI Beta Group & Practice Insiders Community (“Community,” “Program,” or “Service”), operated by Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, joining, or participating in the Community—whether as a practice owner, employee, contractor, associate, or invited team member—you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
By submitting your signup form, checking any consent box, accessing any portion of the Community, or using any of the resources provided, you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC.
If you do NOT agree with any part of these Terms, you must not join or must immediately discontinue use of the Community.
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The AI Beta Group & Practice Insiders Community is a free educational, training, and professional-development resource that provides:
AI demonstrations, workflows, prompts, and operational guidance
Marketing, compliance, and business-related trainings
Community discussion areas and professional networking
Access to company-created frameworks, tools, and intellectual property
HIPAA-related education and guidance only, not compliance services
No clinical, medical, financial, or legal advice of any kind
This Program is offered free of charge and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC.
MEMBER ELIGIBILITY & TEAM MEMBERS
To participate in the Community, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a licensed professional, practice owner, or authorized practice team member
Agree to abide by all Terms, rules, and participation standards
If you invite employees, associates, or contractors to participate:
You are fully responsible for their compliance
Violations by any team member are treated as violations by the entire practice
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC may remove the entire practice from the Community if any representative breaches these Terms
ACCESS TERMINATION & REMOVAL RIGHTS
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC reserves the unconditional right to:
Suspend
Restrict
Remove
Permanently terminate
any Member’s access at any time, for any reason or no reason, at the sole discretion of the Company, without notice, without explanation, and without any form of compensation or remedy.
Reasons may include, but are not required:
Violations of these Terms
Unprofessional conduct
Harassment or safety concerns
Disruptive behavior
Competition or solicitation
Negative impact on the community environment
Actions by your team members
This clause is absolute.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS
All Members must maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment.
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
Prohibited Community Behaviors
Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct
Disruptive or hostile communication
Posting defamatory, slanderous, or misleading statements
Complaining, venting, or disparaging others in a harmful way
Attacking, insulting, or undermining other Members, competitors, or the Company
Posting content unrelated to the purpose of the Community
Promoting political, religious, or controversial topics
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC has absolute discretion to determine whether conduct violates these rules.
Responsibility for Your Team
If your practice adds employees, contractors, or associates:
You are responsible for their behavior
Any violation by them is treated as a violation by you
Your entire practice may be removed for their misconduct
CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS
Members gain access to private discussions, workflows, strategies, and intellectual property.
You agree that:
All internal conversations, posts, coaching, Q&A, strategies, and shared insights are confidential
You will NOT share, screenshot, download, stream, or disseminate anything outside the Community
You will NOT disclose other Members’ comments or private situations
You will NOT train AI models on content from the Community unless expressly permitted
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your membership.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERSONAL USE LICENSE
All educational materials, trainings, workflows, prompts, frameworks, checklists, scripts, videos, automation examples, or other resources provided inside the Community are the exclusive property of Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC, including derivative works.
Members receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable personal-use license.
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials
Use content to build or enhance a competing program or consulting service
Sell, sublicense, or commercialize any of the Company’s intellectual property
Upload the Company’s materials to other platforms, groups, or training systems
Allow non-members to access or use the Company’s proprietary resources
This includes attempting to train AI models using any copyrighted materials.
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC reserves all rights to enforce intellectual property protections.
ANTI-SOLICITATION & NO-SELLING POLICY
Members agree NOT to:
Pitch, sell, or promote any service, coaching, consulting, software, or offer
Recruit Members into other programs or communities
Ask for business in public or private messages
Solicit Members for direct response, partnerships, or business deals
Promote competing services
Self-advertise in any form
Post affiliate links, selling links, or appointment-booking links
Violation of this clause may result in immediate and permanent removal.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
You agree that you will NOT:
Make any negative, misleading, harmful, or disparaging statements
Slander, libel, or defame Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC, its founders, partners, employees, or affiliates
Criticize or undermine other Members or practices
Publish any complaints publicly
Attack, complain about, or disparage the Company on social media, forums, or review sites
All concerns must be brought privately to:
This clause survives termination indefinitely.
PROHIBITION ON UPLOADING PHI (NO HEALTH DATA)
Members are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, posting, or transmitting any form of:
Protected Health Information (PHI)
Individually identifiable patient information
Photos, screenshots, charts, or documents containing patient data
Case details that could reveal patient identity
You acknowledge and agree that:
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC is NOT acting as a Business Associate for this free Community.
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC does NOT provide HIPAA-compliant data storage, handling, or transmission.
Any PHI disclosure is your sole legal responsibility.
Violations may result in immediate removal and potential reporting to authorities if legally required.
This clause is essential for compliance and risk mitigation.
AI TOOL DISCLAIMER & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE LIMITATIONS
The Community provides education and examples involving AI tools, including but not limited to:
Custom GPTs
Google Gems
Automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
CRM workflows
3rd-party plugins
Communication tools
Members acknowledge that:
These tools are controlled by third parties, not by the Company
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC does NOT guarantee accuracy, reliability, uptime, or HIPAA safety
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe
Members must independently verify all AI-generated information before using it in their practice
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC is not liable for:
Data loss
Privacy breaches
Compliance issues
Incorrect or harmful AI outputs
Financial loss
Operational errors
Malpractice claims
You use all third-party tools at your own risk.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE
Members agree that:
You are solely responsible for compliance with HIPAA, state privacy laws, employment laws, and advertising regulations
Nothing in the Community constitutes legal, clinical, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice
You must consult your own legal and compliance professionals
You will not rely on any example, workflow, or explanation within the Community as authoritative guidance
The Company assumes no responsibility for your compliance failures.
NO GUARANTEES & NO WARRANTIES
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC does not guarantee:
Increased patient volume
Improved case acceptance
Clinical outcomes
Marketing success
Financial performance
Staff performance
Operational results
Compliance outcomes
AI accuracy or reliability
The Program is provided “as-is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All results depend on:
Your team
Your market
Your implementation
Your systems
External factors beyond the Company’s control
Your participation is voluntary and solely at your own risk.
TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS & OUTPUT LIABILITY WAIVER
Members acknowledge that:
AI technology is experimental and rapidly evolving
System errors, outages, delays, or model changes may occur
Data submitted to AI tools may not be secure
AI may generate false, harmful, or misleading results
Automations may malfunction or behave unpredictably
Therefore, you agree that Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC:
Is not responsible for AI errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
Is not liable for damages related to AI use
Does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or outcomes
Does not assume responsibility for misuse of technology
This waiver applies broadly and survives termination.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS, SUSPENSION & DISCONTINUATION
You acknowledge and agree that Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC may, at any time and without notice:
Modify or update any portion of the Community
Add or remove features, channels, tools, or resources
Pause access temporarily
Discontinue the Program entirely
Change the format, platform, or delivery method
Restrict or alter availability to certain Members
Because the Community is free and supplemental in nature, you are not entitled to compensation, reimbursement, or continuation of service if the Program changes or ends.
FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
The AI Beta Group & Practice Insiders Community is currently provided free of charge.
You acknowledge and agree that:
No payment is required to join or participate
The Company may introduce optional paid upgrades or programs in the future
Participation in paid programs will be governed by separate written agreements
The Company is not obligated to continue offering the Community for free
There are no refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind associated with this free Community.
EMAIL, SMS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By joining the Community, you consent to receive:
Emails
SMS/text messages
Automated notifications
Announcements
Reminders
Training invitations
Program updates
Marketing messages related to Company offerings
You may opt out at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link or contacting the Company.
Opting out of communications may limit your ability to receive Community updates, and the Company is not responsible for missed information.
DATA USE, PRIVACY & SECURITY
Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC respects your privacy and does not sell Member data to third parties.
You acknowledge:
Data may be collected for account management, communication, analytics, and improving the Program
Third-party tools (such as CRM platforms, analytics tools, and automation systems) may process your data
No PHI may be uploaded or shared
The Company is not responsible for breaches or failures of third-party platforms
Your use of AI tools may expose your data to external systems outside of our control

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP
Your access to the Community is:
Personal
Non-transferable
Non-assignable
Limited to you and authorized team members of your practice
You may NOT:
Resell access
Share login credentials
Transfer membership to another individual or business
Allow unauthorized third parties to access the Community
The Company may revoke access for violations of this clause.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC, including its owners, partners, contractors, team members, and affiliates, shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, clients, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
Decisions made based on information provided in the Community
Errors, omissions, delays, or technological failures
AI-generated inaccuracies or harmful outputs
Compliance failures, including HIPAA or regulatory violations
Harms arising from third-party tools, platforms, or integrations
Service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Community is to discontinue participation.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including negligence.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your participation in the Community
Your misuse of content, tools, or resources
Your violation of these Terms
Misconduct by your employees, contractors, or team members
Any PHI you accidentally or knowingly disclose
Any third-party claims related to your business, patients, or operations
Your use of AI tools, workflows, or automations
This clause survives termination of your membership.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal disputes shall be governed under Wyoming jurisdiction.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Arbitration Requirement
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:
These Terms
Your participation in the Community
Any interactions with Wealthy Entrepreneur, LLC
shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered in Sheridan, Wyoming.
No Court Trials
You waive your right to:
A court trial
A jury trial
Class Action Waiver
You agree that:
All disputes must be resolved individually
No class actions, group claims, or consolidated proceedings are permitted
This arbitration clause survives termination.
SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT & CONTACT INFORMATION
Severability
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the Community and supersede any prior agreements.
No Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
